Yes, we would be happy to change your  billing cycle from monthly to annually anytime you wish. Simply email to our account team hello@guru.co.uk and we will make these changes for you. Please do read below for further details on what's involved.

How can I go about this?

Once you are signed up for a monthly plan simply open a ticket with our accounts team and they can convert you to annual billing going forward.

If you pay annually you will only pay for 10 of the 12 months.

What happens if I change my mind?

In the event that you wish to revert back to monthly billing or cancel your service we will calculate your refund based on the price of a full 12 months, not the 10 month discounted price.

As an example, if you had shared hosting (£7.49+vat a month) you will have paid £74.90+vat for the year instead of £89.88+vat. However we will use the £89.88+vat figure to calculate your refund/credit. We will also deduct a £5+vat adminsitration fee from any refund/credit due.

Additionally you would only be refunded/credited for any full unused months remaining from your paid year.

This applies to all GURU services.

If you opt to switch back to monthly billing your price would revert to the usual monthly price.
